Patrick is the realtor you want. My husband and I met him when he was working an open house as a seller's agent. He was so honest about the property-- all the good things, all the bad things (no sugar coating), total straight shooter. We were so impressed that a month later, when we finally admitted to ourselves that we needed an agent in the absurdly competitive NH market, he was the first person we thought of. We can't overstate how hands on, responsive, and genuinely nice he is to work with. We're happily settled into our beautiful new home in NH, and it's in no small part because Patrick made it happen. He knows the NH market extremely well, is a great guy, and we recommend him to friends without hesitation.

Patrick started helping us when we still lived in California, and with no guarantee or firm timeline for when we would actually move to New Hampshire. When we were finally in New Hampshire and ready to househunt, Patrick was very responsive and quick to get us in to see houses and, ultimately, to get our bid submitted. His knowledge of the paperwork and the process gave us every confidence that he was putting together the strongest, most solid bid he could for us, while also making sure we were protected and that our best interests were being kept. We felt that we very quickly developed a friendly working relationship with Patrick, that made going to look at houses much more enjoyable and less of a weekend chore. We never felt pushed to make a house work, and always felt we could rely on Patrick to give us honest answers, point out things around the houses that would require more immediate (and expensive) attention, and gently hint (once we’d unwrapped and interpreted his statements) whether he thought the house was a good fit for us, but always while feeling that we were in absolute control. Our 5 year old met Patrick once, and he even developed a relationship with Patrick to the point where he is now convinced that he bought our new house from Patrick for the whopping total of $2k! We absolutely recommend Patrick to anyone in the market as someone who will work hard and quickly to serve you needs and who will get the job done quickly and efficiently!
