We had our house on the market for a long time, but was not having any luck selling it and was facing foreclosure. We went through and spoke with many realtors who couldn't care less about our situation or didn't even want to try to help us. Patrick stepped in and lead us through the seemingly endless and tiring process of avoiding the foreclosure and selling our house on a short-sale instead (which we did!). He took a painful, stressful process and made it bearable through his patience and professionalism. He truly did save my sanity and helped my family through an incredibly difficult time. And throughout it all, his persistence and kindness never wavered. He was our saving grace, and if we had to go through it again, I wouldn't choose anyone else for the world. I don't know how many people can say that about their realtor. I absolutely recommend him to any one who is thinking of buying or selling their home. You will not be disappointed.

Patrick Habiger I would have to say is the best of the best. Why do I say this you may ask? Well, let me tell you. It was my first time to buy a house. I didn't know what I was doing. I know what I wanted. I meet with Patrick and discussed what I was looking for. He then we straight to work along with me to find the house that was perfect for my family which consist of three kids, a husband, a dog, and me. Patrick took me to some homes and showed me around. He pointed out things to look at that I wouldn't have even thought of. Finally I found the one along with Patrick's help. He helped me every step of the process. Finally I closed in May of 2013. I couldn't be happier. Anytime I talk to people and they mention about wanting to buy a house or to sell one I am always throwing his name out there. I promise you he is beyond a joy to have around and you can trust him.

Overall we were very happy with our experience working with Patrick. We are first time home buyers and knew little to nothing in regards to finding a good home. Patrick was very knowledgeable in the areas in which lacked and most importantly we felt we could trust him. We knew we could be open with our concerns for each home, what our plans were, and financial concerns. I highly recommend him to anyone in the Topeka area needing to sell or buy a home. My husband and I have moved many tmes over our 40 years of marriage, and we gave Patrick a challenge. We were moving to Topeka for a position at Washburn University in September, we wanted to move in the summer, and we wanted to buy the house over spring break in March. We looked at houses during that week, honing in on the ones that seemed to fit us best. In the end there was a choice among three homes, and our final selection has proved to be perfect for us. He put in an enormous amount of effort preparing for our search and had the technology available so that we could finish up all the paperwork from a distance. You will not find a better realtor in Topeka.

We met Patrick at an open house & chatted for about 20min. He was the first agent we met that seemed excited to help US, not just sell a house. We decided he would be our agent on the spot (and we bought the house too!). He worked with our crazy schedules & always acted as our advocate.
