Growing up Patrick was taught to have a strong work ethic and has always loved helping people. This ultimately led him to becoming a realtor. Patrick is also a Colorado native. Since he was born and raised in Colorado, he has an extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. Providing world-class service for his clients is Patrick’s top priority. He wants them to be happy and to feel protected and successful in their real estate experience, and he truly enjoys the process of leading them through transactions. It pushes him to grow, continue learning and to be the best he can be. A natural problem-solver and visionary, Patrick can persevere through difficult transactions, putting clients at ease and accomplishing the best possible outcome. When he was new to real estate, Patrick won the 5280 Rising Star award and went on to earn Top Producer multiple times at previous agencies as well as DMAR Excellence awards. He’s also launched and built a start-up company. He loves watching it grow and how it’s moving him towards his own dreams and goals. Patrick is inspired by his wife and kids who inspire him to care more, love more, grow, learn, be patient, and be the best man, father, and husband he possibly can be. They show him the true value of time. On his days off, you will likely find Patrick spending time with his family and friends, applying his competitiveness to rec-league sports, watching football or hockey, playing video games or diving into a self-development book. He is also a foodie, who loves trying new restaurants & creating new experiences as he travels the world.
