With over a decade of successful real estate experience, Patrick is a Team Leader and partner with The Premier Team at RE/MAX Executive Realty, overseeing a strong Team of professional Realtors. The Premier Team was founded in 2006 and since its inception has grown upward in success and accomplishments, resulting in being a top 10 RE/MAX team in the Carolinas for the past several years.

In making it his priority to understand the varying needs of his clients, Patrick has brought hundreds of transactions to successful closing in his career. From leading buyers to acquire their dream home, to guiding sellers to accomplish their objective in as little time possible, Patrick feels that these goals have been met and exceeded due to his ability to truly listen to the clients’ requests, becoming an ambassador on their behalf. With a strong internal management structure within his Team, Patrick has time to focus his energy toward the goals of his clients. Whether it be a buyer or a seller, his astute approach and discerning prospective is always placed with the best interest of his client.

An expert in the Charlotte area, he has been a resident for over 25 years, holding his office in South Charlotte and residing in Union County’s beautiful Weddington/Wesley Chapel area with his wife Ronda. In his time away from real estate, he enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family, and his community involvement in various organizations.
