Patrick O'neill

Patrick W ONeill R PB is a 30 year international real estate veteran with over US$1.5 Billion in closed sales. He holds a Real Estate degree from the Business School at Florida State University and is a former State of Florida real estate broker. He is currently the principal broker owner of Luxury Homes International and ONEILL Group Hong Kong. He holds both a US and Hong Kong property Brokers license with experience in international markets of Japan, China, Hong Kong, Korea, Southeast Asia, Australia, Russia, Europe and Australia.

Luxury Homes International with offices in Hawaii and Hong Kong serves local, national and international clients from around the globe with over fifty professional agents and staff. Areas of expertise include residential, commercial, management and development.

Mr ONeill has a proven track record of international sales and development with past and current affiliations with Mandarin Oriental, W Hotels, Trump, Ritz-Carlton, Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Colliers International, Jones Lang LaSalle, POSCO Korea, Richmond Group Hong Kong, Itochu Japan, Noble Apex Hong Kong, and many others.
