Patrick Wilkes

Patrick was born and raised in the Pensacola Area. He went to elementary school at Cordova Park, middle school at Workman Middle, and high school at Washington High. He met his wife in high school and married her shortly after. She has given him three handsome boys and they call home in Cantonment area for the past 12 years. He was fortunate to get a great job shortly after high school with an audio video company in Pensacola. He is kind of an AV nerd at heart. He stayed with them for almost 8 years. He started to get an itch to do something new and ventured out and partnered with a local bicycle store. He was always that kid on his BMX bike running up and down your local streets and he got the opportunity to work in a bike shop in high school. He shortly after ventured off on his own and opened up his own bike shop after the partnership did not work out. He owned the shop for almost 4 years, and he applauds every small business owner because they are the marketing director, salesmen, manager, account, and the guy who arrives first to open the door in morning and leaves last at the end of the day. He decided it was best for his family sake to close the doors in November 2017. During the bicycle store time, Patrick made some great friendships; one in particular is Alan Como. He knew that he was struggling and told him that he would be good as a Realtor, he always loved the idea of being a Realtor but never made the leap. When he closed the store Alan had a position available as a property manager, so he joined Legendary Sales Inc. He has been assisting Alan and managing the company for the past 2 years and finally found time between family life and work to finish his real estate license. So here he is. He looks forward to what he can do here in real estate, he wants to bring some 21st century ideas and really listened to the needs of the community. He is proud to live and work here and he wants for his clients to be proud that they made the right choice in him.
