About Patrick
With nearly 30 years of experience in the housing industry, Patrick Zarcone brings a rare combination of construction expertise, real estate knowledge, and leadership to the table. Patrick’s journey began in Upstate New York, working in a lumber yard at 17 before moving into structural framing, siding, roofing, and interior trim. In 1999, he came to Myrtle Beach with two friends for a winter job. Instead of heading back, they started their own construction company. As President of Hometeam Construction, Patrick helped frame over 1,500 homes and build more than 100 throughout the Grand Strand. That hands-on experience laid the groundwork for a smooth transition into real estate sales in 2014 — where he now leverages his building background to guide sellers with confidence and precision.
Since entering real estate, Patrick has built a reputation for honest advice, strategic marketing, and strong negotiation. He’s received multiple awards for his performance and has completed several leadership programs that reflect his drive to grow both personally and professionally. His commitment to excellence goes beyond business — he’s served on nonprofit boards for private schools and associations, giving back to the community that helped shape his own family’s journey.
Patrick has also invested in his education, attending college classes in construction, small business, and psychology — all of which influence how he communicates, problem-solves, and supports his clients. He understands the emotional and financial weight of a real estate decision and works hard to keep the process smooth, informed, and rewarding.
Faith and family are at the center of Patrick’s life. He’s passionate about his church and his relationship with God, and he believes strongly in helping others grow. He mentors a few agents around the country and continues to lead with purpose. Patrick is married to his wife, Rose, whom he met in 1997. Together they’ve raised four children, ranging in age from 13 to 23 — a tight-knit crew that keeps life full, meaningful, and always moving.
When he’s not working or coaching, Patrick enjoys a few rounds of golf to stay sharp. He’s also got two Yorkie girls, Indiana (Mini) and Morgan (Puppers), who run the house like they’re in charge of the next listing.
