Eric and Michelle helped us so much! They were honestly a gift from God to us! All we wanted was a home to let our kids have their own room. It was such a hard process though that we were unprepared for. Eric and Michelle stepped up so much and took care of us like family! They let us know every step of the way that it was alright and they had our backs. They never left us like a lot of people would of. They broke their back to help make our kiddos and us happy! Michelle is like a mother figure and took us under her wing. We will forever love these two and be so thankful for the amount of support they gave us! They are very professional and hard working people who love their job! We would 100% recommend them to anyone! They will help you and inform you of everything along the way. Michele was beyond amazing during our home buying process. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for and explain the process. We could never say enough good things about Eric and Michelle. They helped us find our dream home as well as sell our current house and we did not make it easy for them. They stuck with us when we changed our search area twice, immediately jumped into action when we called about a house we saw, helped us manage buying and selling a house under crazy medical restrictions because of our son and took the oppurtunity to get to know us and what our family needed! Most of all they fought for us every step of the way and we could never thank them enough! Glad to now call them friends! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Eric and Michelle are nothing short of amazing! When life threw me a curve ball and i needed to sell a house that i had just bought a couple months prior, they were amazing to me. To say they intensely care about their clients is a MASSIVE understatement. They worked so hard to help me get into a house, and then when I had to sell that same house just a couple months later, their level of genuine care, the efforts they put forward to get it done, and the help and assistance they provided was unlike anything I have ever experienced before. I randomly got matched with them off a real estate website, and I can't even begin to tell you how unbelievably grateful I am to have them on my side through everything. Eric has been a great fit for us in our home buying adventure. He has a positive can do attitude And always eager to help with any questions we have.

When that right house came along he worked with us to write an offer to good for them to pass on. After the offer was accepted he went above and beyond to insure everything went smoothly. I would venture to guess no one has had their realtor crawl around the crawl space with the inspector like Eric did.

I highly recommend Eric to anybody that is in the market for a house.

Now that we have closed on the house Eric has been keeping in touch, just to see how everything is going setting up the new house.

You couldn't ask for a better person to help you buy a house.
