Her job is to listen to my client’s unique and personal needs and then research the marketplace, including networking with various other real estate professionals to identify properties that closely match the client's stated criteria. Patsy’s three decades of experience include the listing and sale of condominiums, single-family homes, luxury estates, and investment properties including apartment buildings. In addition, she has a working knowledge of construction and land sales.
