Patsy Kauffman

As Patsy enters her 33rd year as a professional realtor, her primary goal is to help clients achieve their desired real estate needs and wants. She is a Bay Area native with an incredible knowledge of the changes and growth of the area, which is beneficial to a client in search of their "ideal" property.

Her job is to listen to my client’s unique and personal needs and then research the marketplace, including networking with various other real estate professionals to identify properties that closely match the client's stated criteria. Patsy’s three decades of experience include the listing and sale of condominiums, single-family homes, luxury estates, and investment properties including apartment buildings. In addition, she has a working knowledge of construction and land sales.
