PattiAnn comes to our company with 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. In 2001, as a mother who prioritized the hands-on parenting of her four children, she started her career in real estate as a salesperson, knowing she would have the flexibility she was looking for. In 2006 she obtained her broker’s license and became a partner at Mangold Realty, where she worked alongside her parents at their family-owned company. In 2008 she went on to earn her GRI status from the New York State Realtor® Institute, GRI chapter.
PattiAnn joined our company in order to expand her horizons and business. While she is forever grateful for the 18 years she spent working side by side with her parents, PattiAnn is excited to be able to bring her experience and expertise to a top-notch real estate company with a proven track record. PattiAnn has served the community through many organizations over the years. She is a member of the Greene County Chamber, a member of the New York State Association of REATORS®, a member of the Eastern New York MLS and Columbia Greene Northern Dutchess MLS, and a member of the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA). She is former Vice President of the Parent Teacher Association (PTSA), a former board member of “Nick’s Fight to be Healed” and the Greenville Central High School Building Level Team (BLT), as well as a past member of the Comprehensive Planning Committee for Greenville Central Schools.
PattiAnn is the mother of four and a stepmom of one. In 2015 she married her best friend and love of her life. Her hobbies include decorating, entertaining, gardening, and working side by side on all kinds of projects with her husband. She also loves great music, dancing, seeing new places, and spending time with family and friends and is looking forward to a lot more travel in her future.
