Patti Cook is the Broker and joint founder of Freshwater Properties.
Patti has been a lifelong resident of the Lakewood community and enjoys living and working in Lake Odessa! She has a passion for volunteering and assisting with community events. Patti is a member of the Lake Odessa Wellhead Protection Team. Patti’s uplifting attitude helps her team and clients bring their own positive energy into each unique experience. She is dedicated to working toward her team and clients’ best interests, giving them reassurance and faith that together they can (and will) overcome any and all challenges. With over 16 years of experience in real estate, Patti strives to create long term relationships based on trust, support and the ultimate in customer service.

Patti received her Real Estate license in 2002, then went on to acquire her Broker’s license in 2012 from Holloway’s Real Estate Institute in Lansing. She completed the Master of Brokerage Principles in 2018, administered by the Greater Regional Alliance of Realtors in Grand Rapids, where she is a member.
