Patti has been serving the real estate need, representing both buyers and sellers on a variety of properties including new construction, historic homes, condos, investments, and vacant land parcels in all areas of Whitman and Latah Counties, since 1998. Having lived and worked in the Pullman/Moscow area for over 30 years, Patti has a great appreciation for the integrity of Pullman and Moscow as well as each outlying community. Patti has purchased, improved, managed, and sold investment properties for her own company, Green Kent Properties, LLC which currently owns and manages fifteen investment properties. From this experience Patti has great working knowledge of both the residential and investment housing market of the Palouse region.
During the 5 years prior to beginning her Real Estate career, Patti was instrumental in the day-to-day operations of her husband's company, KentCo Construction. In this capacity she worked hands-on with many homeowners and potential homeowners, making improvements to their homes to meet the standards of numerous lending institutions as well as repairing and updating properties to suit the owners’ needs and desires. She still is an active owner of this company and as such keeps a strong working knowledge of building materials, reputable contractors, and general housing trends.
For the past 12 years, Patti was also an active owner of Heritage Realty, involved in all aspects of the company. With the constantly expanding market filled with buyers and sellers from all locations, Patti realized the advantages of joining a highly respected and experienced national franchise. As such, Patti is pleased to join Coldwell Bank Tomlinson Associates and is excited about all the opportunities this will give her to help clients buy and sell homes in Whitman and Latah counties.
