Patti, Al and Andrea were excellent to work with in selling my home for me. They are professional, honest and really nice people. They came and looked at the house and explained how the sale would go and what the price it would go for. I said I don’t think you can get that amount for the house, it’s too much.They said to trust them and they would get it done. The house was listed on a Friday and the next Monday morning I got a full price offer. 22 days later the papers were signed and the house was sold. It could not have gone any better. The Iverson Realty Group know the Realty Business!

Just moved back to Minnesota and my wife's brother recommended Patti & Al iverson. Called them on Friday and made an appointment for the next Monday afternoon. Great experience meeting them on Monday and they made us feel comfortable that we made the right decision in choosing them. They made an appointment to tour a house the next day, Tuesday. Placed an offer on the house late Tuesday and had our offer accepted on Wednesday.

Patti and Al are awesome realtors who you want working for you. They are smarter, more knowledgeable, more experienced, and more savvy than most realtors I know. Would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the Twin Cities.

We hired Patti in the spring of 2020 to sell our house in Burnsville, Minnesota. We had listed our house for sale twice before over the prior four years and had been unsuccessful in selling it, but things changed when we met Patti. Patti Schmidt-Iverson was our direct contact with the Iverson Group Realty Team. The word “team” is very accurate, in this case; more about that later. My wife and I researched Patti online, as well as several other realtors, before choosing her. We are very glad we chose her. She priced the house perfectly: exactly at the best price according to local sales, the housing market and the condition of our home. When it sold, we got the full asking price. Patti assured the listing was fresh each day and adjusted every aspect of the marketing to changing conditions. Her marketing literally could not be better.
As for the “team”, Patti and her husband Al have an excellent team assembled.
