Patti Kappotis - Dix

Raised in Gloucester, MA, Patti Kappotis-Dix moved to Epping, NH thirty years ago with her family; and embraced the community. Raising her children in Epping and being involved in the community has given Patti tremendous insight and extensive knowledge of the local area. Patti Kappotis-Dix has been a Realtor® since 2001, and is involved in all areas of residential and commercial real estate, new construction and land development. She believes in carefully listening to her customers, in order to get a better understanding of exactly what they want. She then works diligently to help them achieve their goals.
