Patti Martinez

Patti is formally trained as an industrial engineer, having graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Through this training and, because of a number of years in the corporate world, as an internal consultant, Patti has developed a strong set of business skills that is highly effective in today’s real estate market. Patti is well versed in the areas of contract negotiation, detailed analytical review, project management, marketing, cost/benefit analysis and a number of other business skills. It is these business skills, in combination with a love of real estate and people that make Patti an extraordinarily successful real estate professional.
