Patti McInerney

Patti has held an active license in the area since 2000 and has been a Top Producer for many of these years. She is a member of the local Harrisonburg-Rockingham County Association of Realtors. She is also a member of the Virginia Association of Realtors. She has lived in the area for 30+ years and knows the community well. She appreciates the Shenandoah Valley's beauty and finds this quiet living truly inspiring. Our valley community is very welcoming and friendly to all. She enjoys spending her free time hiking in the Shenandoah National Park on the Appalachian Trail and she currently co-manages 42 miles of the trail. The George Washington National Forest offers an abundance of hiking/mountain biking trails for more time to breathe in the fresh air. As part of the Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Coalition, you will find our country roads are very friendly for cyclists. We have a strong cycling community, and she would love to lead you on a ride. Her background in Operating Room Nursing at our local hospital (Sentara/Rockingham Memorial), has allowed her to gain many connections to our community through this experience. Assisting local surgeons in 3rd world countries has been an inspiring connection for her and has provided an opportunity to serve others and give back. She will be by your side during the selling or buying process and will look over your best interest during the process.
