very professional, when other realtors came to show the property she ensured they were aware of everything. It seems some of the other realtors don't do their due diligence. She would go the extra mile and ensure those interested were well informed and help them with the paperwork which would have missing information. I would recommend her to everybody. Thank you !

Patti and Kellie did an awesome job of selling our home! Because we were out of state they really went above and beyond to help us get the house ready for sale. For example, after a hurricane, they waded through through floodwaters to check on the house for us after a hurricane and helped to oversee repairs. I go to Church with Patti and had heard great things about her before I called her in January 2022 to sell my home. She is extremely professional and thorough and went way above and beyond anything I expected from a realtor, including but not limited to moving and clearing out things that I had left there because I had no place for them in my new home. What can I say? Patti McKinley and her team held my hand and explained the process all the way through. Got my place sold quickly and for far more then I ever imagined. I get that this 2020 market is (different) but she and her staff helped me in every way possible. Because this is a crazy time in real estate you really need to go with experience because unfortunately not everyone is looking out for the client. She showed honesty, integrity throughout.
