Patti Melder

Patti is a lifetime resident of Yell county and can’t imagine calling anywhere else home. She’s drawn to the great outdoors and the many activities and natural beauty the area offers allows her to enjoy her favorite past times: boating, hiking, and camping.


Patti is the mother of 4 and delights in her 6 grandchildren. She is eagerly awaiting her 7th grandchild right now! She loves sharing her love of nature with her children and just spending time with her family.


Patti decided to become a real estate agent in 2012. For years she had passed by RE/MAX on her way to work at the Head Start Program in Russellville. Patti says she would often look at the advertising for homes and was naturally drawn to the Tabatha Davis Team. Once Patti visited with Tabatha she knew this team was the right place for her because she and Tabatha shared a genuine concern for helping others.


Now Patti is passionate about helping her customers through each step of the process of buying or selling a home. Using her experience and expertise to simplify and help her clients reach their goal gives Patti a great sense of accomplishment and purpose.
