Patti Montana

Patti has always had a passion for helping people create their dreams. From working with the Girl Scouts to managing a gallery of Maine art, customer service is her specialty. So much of the real estate in the midcoast area is rich in history, from the beautiful farmhouses to the sea captain's estates. Patti's love of real estate started when she and her husband renovated several homes in Knox county. This inspired her to become an investor and manage the renovation of other projects. Building rapport and taking care of all the aspects of the job, from working with sellers, buyers, bankers, contractors, lawyers, and more, she gets it done. Innovation and being environmentally friendly, motivated her and her husband to design and build their off-grid home.
