Home is not livable in its present condition. Sheet rock is removed on the bottom 4 feet. House had 10-12 inches of water in it. First time since 1998 that the home has had water in it. Crawl space had water twice. Electrical still on. Deck is not attached to the house, a slight bow in it from sandbags to hold it in place.
