Saying that Patti deserves a million stars would still be an understatement. We used Patti for both selling a property and then buying a replacement property in Portland. From the beginning, I was incredibly impressed and appreciative of her communication and knowledge of the market. She gave guidance without pressure to choose one way or another, she was accessible anytime I had a question, and she was incredibly organized with paperwork, scheduling and plans of action. One thing that I loved most about Patti though, on top of just being an amazing realtor, was how she knew one step ahead what we may need. She was ready to help us get boxes for moving, had numbers for people to call to consult, and always knew when I was stressed and needed some positivity and humor. In a crazy market, it is easy to feel overwhelmed, but with Patti on your team, you know you are getting the best. Many realtors can get the job done and close a transaction, but not many provide the same level of support, insight and advocacy as Patti. We are so appreciative of her and so happy with our new home. I cannot even express how highly I recommend her! You won't find anyone better!

I have known Patti for a few years through a friend and our mutual love of animals. To say I trust her is an understatement! When she got her real estate license and we were starting to think about selling and / or buying in the Portland area... she was my first phone call! To say she give into our plans with both feet, ready to hit the ground running, was the name of her game. She was reliable, honest, fun and so understanding about what we needed. She did a phenomenal job with our listing, photos, coordinating everything perfectly! We literally sold our home (on February 22, 2021) after only 6 minutes of it “going live”! We got the first full contract in 6 minutes! Over list price; sight unseen due to this crazy market! Her phone blew up with hundreds of calls, texts, voicemails and emails... in less than 16 hours, we had 8 full offers. And only needed to show it to 4 parties. (Only 1 of which made an offer) It was crazy, stressful and so unbelievably fast. We completed the listing, sale, inspection and appraisal in a week’s time. I cannot recommend Patti more to anyone looking to find the best experience with buying OR selling!! One million stars!!!

Let me first Start off by saying that Pattie Spreen with Oregon First realtors was the glue that held not only the deal together but my husband and I as well! This was our first home buying experience and to say it was overwhelming/complicated is an understatement! Patti was incredible and handled the offer and everything to do with the home we were buying beautifully! She anticipated every move and was on top of things before they happened. We just signed when and where she said and we’re always secure knowing she was on top of it. Where Patti distinguished herself was in the wonderful person/friend she became to the two of us! There were so many hiccups on the part of the lenders that we felt so frustrated and defeated at times. Even though Patti “liked to stay in her own lane” she was always there to talk me through the tears and bring me back to the joy and excitement of the journey we were on. She liked to remind me that one day we’d look back on this time and be so proud and thankful we did it.... Well she was right! We closed on our very first home last week and feel exactly that way! Anyone wanting to start this amazing experience couldn’t find a more dedicated realtor for making your dreams come true then Patti Spreen.
