As a Realtor who was born and raised in the Summerville area, Patty cherishes the Low Country and what it has to offer those moving here. She and her husband, John, have raised their three beautiful children in this area and know the importance of community. John, a residential home builder since 1986, has a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to homes. Years ago, she started out as a property and casualty insurance adjuster then became local insurance agent in the Summerville area. Together they have a vast knowledge regarding real estate, and they love working together. Long before HGTV, they built new homes, flipped homes, and remodeled homes. They also have a passion for design and redesign. As a certified stager, Patty loves assisting others with their staging needs. Whether it is staging a vacant property or redesigning a current property, she is here to help. Patty loves what she does and that is why she opened her own brokerage, Local Homes and Land.
