I have been creating relationships for over 35 years in the Real Estate Industry. For over 14 years was Broker Associate / Owner with RE/Max Paramount Properties in Alpharetta GA. I started my Real Estate career in 1989 and opened multiple real estate offices in Michigan. I have had the wonderful opportunity to live and work in Michigan and Georgia.I established a number of great relationships with both clients and fellow Realtor's. I have worked with many great Realtor's over the years. I have referred my clients too many of them that have been relocated to and from Georgia. When relocating I do understand the concerns my clients have. I am proud to have worked in all different real estate markets. When I started my real estate career I was selling smaller homes with FHA & VA, DPA programs with city inspection repairs and yes, short sales and foreclosed HUD and we were happy that interest rates came down to 10.5 %. How quickly we forget. As time went on, my career progressed into luxury homes and many of my clients are corporate relocation's. I think the best part of being a Realtor is meeting so many great people that have been relocated or are being relocated or just coming back home. I have had the Pleasure of living in these 3 great states and I recommend all three! Wonderful views friendly people and great places for Water,Snow and hiking life style. But I must say Georgia has been my favorite!

North Georgia Just North about a 30 min drive from Atlanta. Search All Atlanta Real Estate at www.Searchhomesatlanta.com a free service. Atlanta has it all as well. You can drive about 1 hr each way and be in a completely different landscape. Downtown Atlanta has great shops and restaurant's, The Fox.You can take the Marta public transportation from the suburb's to all kinds of events in Downtown or Midtown or live there and walk. Drive north a little bit and see views to boast about.



Just a little about South Florida..........

Besides the beautiful beaches and shops there are the great people from everywhere. You can't go a day without meeting someone new.

South Florida-Miami,Coral Springs to Delray Beach, Now who wouldn't want to live there. Just knowing you can take your family to the Beach anytime you want. There are such great communities to choose from. You have Equestrian Homes in Wellington (Palm Beach) or Parkland (Broward) and More all the way down to Miami. Condos with such a great life style.

Just a little about South East Michigan.......

Michigan is very active in Camping, Lake's and Sports (Lions Football and Red Wings) and Oh yes its all about the Lafayette Coney, Greek Town, The Fox and Joe Louis.
