Patty Spiller

Patty has been in Real Estate sales for 15 years. Her goal has always been to stay knowledgeable on the

Real Estate home-front and to take advantage of training and educational seminars. She has earned the

Certified Residential Specialist designation, E-Pro designation, and is a graduate of the Texas Realtor

Leadership Program. Her passion has been helping first time home-buyers and her expertise is

working with investment properties. Patty worked in Property Management for 3 years and worked

primarily with investors. Building her portfolio to include residential, new homes, and investments has

broadened her career as a well respected local Realtor.



Patty has a BS degree in Education from Texas State University and regards education as a key to her success.



She has served the Bryan-College Station Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service as President in 2010.

She is currently serving as a Director on the Bryan-College Station Association of Realtors Board of

Directors. She has been heavily involved in TREPAC (Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee) and

served countless hours on the Community Projects committee.



Patty has achieved many awards through the RE/MAX network and includes the President’s Club, the

100% Club, the Quarterly Top Producer Club. She has worked tirelessly on the Children’s Museum

Board, and she chaired the “Let’s Have a Ball” fundraiser this year. She has also been a past member of

the Junior League and is a 2004 graduate of the College Station Citizen’s University.



Patty has a husband, 2 daughters and 1 granddaughter. She loves to read, and spend time with her

family and her pets!
