I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this reality company and our realtor! My husband and I were expecting our first child in March. We started the house hunting process in the beginning of February with the most awesome realtor, Cheri Reid. She was beyond thorough when it came to showing us new listings, getting the latest updates on details about the market, offers being made, etc. One day, she found a townhome right in Woodbridge where both my husband and I grew up. She was quick in getting us to see the house, provided us with all the needed details, was quick in corresponding with the sellers realtor, and gave us much appreciated advice on how to go about making an offer and what to take on and off the table. Within less than a month, we ended up getting the house in woodbridge and we couldn't be more thankful. Cheri was present the whole time, and helped us through the entire process from beginning to end. Second time we worked with Patty. Sold the house for more than asking, and did it in one weekend. We had 3 offers. Being prior military we have moved multiple times. We have bought and sold 4 houses over the past 20 years. Patty is the best we have worked with. She is professional in every regard. Responsive, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure success. Best of all, she is honest. What she says, you can depend on. Trust her judgment and follow through because she will deliver on what she says she will do. Called her at all hours and she answered every time. She brought in Lisa to stage the house. Lisa, like Patty, provides the extra level of support you need. Even provided decorative items that added that little bit of ambiance to help sell the house. Patty is also connected throughout the community. We needed a painter, Patty recommended someone who came in quickly and delivered. We needed a plumber and electrician. Patty's people showed up when they said they would and got the job done quickly, and done right. Her electrician, on one-day notice, came at 8pm to fix a problem we needed done before morning. We planned to rent for a couple years until retirement. Renting proved more expensive than buying. Patty turned on a dime, found us our dream home on 10 acres, and got it at $35k below asking. Some agents claim to be "full service". We can tell you that Patty is the definition of "full service " and worth every penny. We look forward to working with her again.

This was my first time selling a house and I didn’t know what the whole process is, coupled that with living out of state and was also in the process of moving to another state. So, if you can imagine, my stress was at the maximum level—trying to juggle three major things in the middle of a pandemic. Patty made the process of selling our house very simple which allowed us to focus on our move. We gave her our timeline and she laid out a strategy that enabled us to sell our house in less than a week on the market. Her knowledge of the market and expertise was evident to me when we first met to discuss our plan. This was our second home that was vacant for majority of the time; so, we had some things that we needed to fix/upgrade. She provided us feedback on what’s important and critical to address in order to meet our target price. In addition, she was very responsive and was in constant communication with us throughout the process which made us feel very fortunate. She answered every questions that we had and was always leaning forward to resolve potential issues along the way before they become real issues. When we left to go back to our primary home, I had no worries letting Patty coordinate/manage the outstanding items that we did not finish and she made sure that they were completed right. When we finally put the house on the market, it was sold at our asking price in two days!! Patty is fantastic to work with. Home buying is stressful and in today’s hot market even more so. Patty knew and understood exactly what we were looking for and she had patience to show us several properties. What makes Patty special is the entire process seemed coordinated and in control. Finding Patty was sheer dumb luck and the best stroke of it I've had in years. This was my first home purchase and Patty was there every step of the way - available and answering questions anytime I asked. We actually thought we had lost this house - when we asked her about it again she told us that it was going back on the market the next day and we had to get a showing in TONIGHT - and we did- the offer followed and now we're moving. Since the time we started to utilize her services, she has assisted us with the purchase of 3 homes and the sale of 2 homes. It’s rare to find a real estate agent that no only makes you feel cared for, but they do it in a way that is genuine. I believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that Patty has genuine interest in her clients and their well-being. Through firsthand experience, we have had the privilege of working with Patty on several different levels. Our first home in April of 2009 was a small starter house for our small family of 2 – which quickly became a family of 3. Even though we weren’t financially approved for much, she still treated us as if we were a client that was purchasing a million dollar residence. Within a year, we realized the home was too small for our needs and she assisted us with putting it on the market – and she got it sold within 24 hours, with us following the very detailed advice given by her to ensure it would sell quickly. Throughout the 4 month building process, Patty was our advocate and ensured that we understood the process and were comfortable with all aspects of it. Fast forward to April of 2015, when we decided that it was time to put our house on the market to allow us the opportunity to build our dream home. Our house went on the market at the end of April and by late June we had a contract on the house and we closed by 7/16/15. Just like our first home, Patty was extremely detailed with what needed to be done to our home to ensure it would sell quickly and at a fair price. At the same time of the selling process, Patty assisted us with the never-ending moving parts of helping us manage the process and build our dream home with Toll Brothers. This process was extremely daunting, challenging at times, and extremely stressful. Throughout the whole process Patty was by our side and on our team.
