Paul is by far the best realtor I've EVER met. His knowledge and expertise goes a long way. His sense of humor and positive attitude made our home hunt a super exciting and fun process. Anytime we needed him, he was there. Anytime we called him, he answered. We shared our goals with him, our needs, as well as our wants in a home and he found the PERFECT match for us. There was never a time when he wasn't available to help & assist. We appreciate him so much!

He definitely exceeded our expectations and I'd HIGHLY recommend him if you're in the process of purchasing a home!

Paul was wonderful! We were relocating from Georgia to Alabama and from the first phone call Paul was responsive and commutative. He went a visited properties for us that we found and we’re possibly interested in and he also found properties for us that met our needs. Once we found out future home, Paul went and took pictures weekly on the progress, since it was new construction, and stayed on top of things to get us closed in our timeline. Paul also worked closely with our realtor in Georgia who was selling our home to make sure everyone was on the same page and working together. Paul was honest, knowledgeable and if we had any questions he would find an answer if he didn’t know. I would definitely recommend Paul! 😊

Paul is heaven sent! He helped me defy odds and acquire the property that met my particular needs here on the panhandle. It was quite a complex process! We had to overcome an inexperienced lender and an unmotivated seller, all within a compressed timeline, and not to mention all during a pandemic. Still, Paul's experience and relationship network in the area, in-depth real estate knowledge, and professionalism truly made the difference. He is patient, persistent, and always positive! I am genuinely grateful that I decided to partner with him for this quest. Mr. Paul Berry is the man!!

Paul expertise and knowledge of the local real estate market, made my first home buying experience a very positive profitable one. Within the first fifteen minutes of speaking with Paul, he demonstrated to me his skills of attention to detail and attentiveness to my concern and apprehension related to home buying. Mind you I'm not easily lead, so Paul had his work cut out for him and he earned his money. Paul's negotiation skills and experience with the local market paid off when I walked away from my closing with $1500.00 dollars. Totally unexpected, but greatly appreciated. He may not the realtor for you, but he really made my home buying experience a memorial occasion, not to be soon forgotten. Thanks Paul for all you help.
