Paul and Delana Bice are real estate consultants and principals of BICE & Associates. Paul began his real estate career in 1971; Delana made her first sale two days after she was licensed in 1980. In 1998 their firm passed the $1 billion mark in real estate sales. They have utilized effective strategies to meet their clients’ needs. Their guiding principle has been to exceed their expectations because they want clients for life, not just sales for today.
A graduate of the University of Houston, Paul has been a featured speaker at regional and national relocation conventions; and he has written real estate articles for Houston area newspapers. Delana is an alum of Bryan College. Over the years, the Bices have won numerous professional awards, including recognition by the Houston Business Journal as one of Houston’s Top 25 Realtors in dollar volume of sales.
