Paul was amazingly responsive. I worked with him to purchase property in Oregon while living in California. I had lots of questions and needed a lot of information for making a decision to buy the property (unseen) and he always answered my calls and email either immediately or within minutes of the communication. He handled all the legwork, particularly with the title company, when we changed the closing date more than once. All documents were handled securely using Docusign. Additionally, Paul is a really nice, yet professional individual. He was always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy my requests. The whole process went so smoothly, thanks to Paul. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy real estate in Southern Oregon. He knows the area really well and always had my best interests at heart.
