Paul DeCarlo is a very professional, efficient, and responsive agent. He is such a pleasure to work with. He has a very friendly personality and is very much a "people person"!
My brother and I recently had to put our Mother's house on the market. I was a little apprehensive to place her house on the market because I live in another state and my brother lives in a different county.
Paul quickly put my worries to rest with his diligence and dedication to his work. Anytime I had a question, he was very quick to respond. He never left me for days with no answers.
He went far beyond his duties as an agent to help us out. He even met workers and inspectors in our stead because of the distance for us.
If you are looking for a great agent to work with, whether selling or buying a home, I would highly recommend Paul DeCarlo!!

He literally handled every element of the process in a very professional manner with great efficiency. I found Paul to be quite trustworthy from the beginning. I cannot say how much we appreciated having Paul as our Realtor. He was on top of every issue, no matter how big or small. He returned our calls or texts with our concerns nearly immediately.

His connections are wide and he can help with finding contractors for paint, deep clean, landscape, or tradesmen, plus he knows all the best closing attorneys for a smooth transaction.

He is such a friendly person and cares about his clients genuinely. He has handled three transactions for us thus far, and he will be always my go-to guy for any future real estate matters.

I've worked with many agents over the years, and I can say definitively, that he is hands down the best I've ever encountered!

THE best real estate agent! As a first time home-buyer and single mom it was important that I could trust my agent would look out for my best interest, and Paul definitely fit that bill. Paul is a great realtor. He takes time to answer any of your questions, he communicates timely and professionally and you can always count on him to work things out on your behalf. He found statistics to help make the right decisions and really did research. He did a great job with our listing and had a special camera to really showcase the house and digital tour. He then helped us to buy our house and stuck it out with us the whole time. I’d recommend Paul to anyone needing to buy/sell a house any day, he is truly the best out there.

He helped me sell my rental property, located in Birmingham, Alabama. Since I do not reside in Alabama, there were a few challenges.
