About Paul

A native of the area, Paul graduated from Dickinson High School then attended the University of Delaware and graduated with a Bachelor’s in business in 1980. He worked for B. Gary Scott as a Real Estate Agent and was one of their top salesperson for years. When his daughter was born he went into management for B. Gary Scott for several years. Paul went back to sales after the company was sold.

Paul has joined Long and Foster in Bear the office is located in the Governor’s Square Shopping Center. With 37 years of experience, Paul Enderle approaches the real estate business with two strong elements: excellent service and hard work. He can serve you in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. When Paul is not running the Bear office and the Pike Creek office, he is spending his time with his wife, Austine, and their two kids, Austine and Stephen.

Their sales volume and units were up 95% and 50% respectively over last March. Year to date, their sales volume is up 89% and units are up 40% over last year.
