Paul Hodges

Paul Hodges specializes in helping individuals, corporations and government clients make and implement strategic commercial real estate decisions in the central Alabama area including: Montgomery, Prattville, Millbrook and Wetumpka. He works with owners to sell or lease their property, as well as, represent tenants in the search of the perfect location for their business. Paul has been a licensed Real Estate broker for 26 years and is licensed in the state of Alabama and Florida. He has many years of experience working with numerous companies providing expert advice on disposition and selection of Commercial Real Estate. He is involved in the management of over 5,000,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution facilities in Montgomery, Prattville and Dothan, Alabama. Paul also represents owners of retail, office, land, investment and multifamily properties. In addition he works with several local banks on the disposition of REO properties.

Paul is a member of the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce, Greater Montgomery Homebuilders Association, Business Council of Alabama, Kiwanis Club of Montgomery and serve as president of the Auburn University of Montgomery Alumni Association Board.
