As an experienced real estate advisor, I have an intuitive understanding of how the local housing market is impacted in today’s economy, along with a detailed grasp of the current lending environment. I efficiently disseminate information and effectively communicate with my clients, colleagues and peers, all while staying ahead of the latest sales and marketing trends. I personally serve each client and do not delegate to a buyer’s agent or assistant like many top-producing agents do. I have a strong comprehension of building and construction which plays a significant role in determining the feasibility of decorating and design ideas and eliminating the pitfalls common to many lending programs. Additionally, I have already established a team of skilled professionals with decades of experience to guide clients toward attaining their ultimate housing goals.
I have been a licensed real estate advisor for over 20 years and a Chicago area resident for over 45 years. I grew up in the western suburbs and put myself through college by working in construction and construction related sales. After graduating from DePaul University at the top of my class with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with an emphasis in Economics, I took a position in the Compliance and Regulatory Accounting Department of a large and distinguished financial services firm and within a few months was named the VP of that department. I continued to work in the financial services industry for several years and eventually took a supervisory position in sales and marketing with another financial services firm.
It was at this time that I started to develop an interest in real estate when I began to invest and manage my own income properties. Working directly with people in a face-to-face environment made me realize that I wanted to take my sales and marketing experience even further and interact more directly with customers, so I embarked on my career in real estate and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have helped hundreds of extremely satisfied clients meet their real estate goals over the years. My history of experience and knowledge has proven to be a vital asset to each and every one of my past and current clients and it would be a true honor and privilege to bring this expertise, along with my total dedication, to you.
On a personal note, I have been married for over 25 years to my high school sweetheart and best friend and we have two terrific children, three rescued dogs and a rescued cat. I thank God every day for these and the many other blessings He has given to me throughout my life. Free time is family time which we spend most of it biking, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, star gazing or taking extended road trips. I also enjoy playing the guitar as a form of relaxation and I love learning about history, especially local history. I consider myself an excellent cook and I love trying all types of cuisine from authentic Asian to Middle Eastern.
