I cannot express enough how much Paul Isaacson has gone above and beyond to assist my family and I in our moving journey. Due to a divorce, my son and I were forced out of a marital home of 11 years. Paul stepped in with his knowledge, expertise and network to assist in navigating those muddy waters. I will forever be grateful. Paul is a decent human being with a heart of gold. I was completely in the dark on the home buying process. Paul took the time to really help me understand what needed to be done. He was beyond gracious with my schedule to accommodate days and times that worked for me and visiting the right houses; houses that he knew I would highly consider. He didn’t waste a second of time. Paul stayed in touch almost daily about new listings, answering my questions, and providing insight on what the market was doing and when we needed to take action on something I liked. Despite it taking a few months due to my schedule, Paul was able to help me find and buy my first home. Without Paul’s diligence and concentrated efforts, I would still be looking. If you’re looking for a professional helping hand and great experience for your first or next home, I highly recommend Paul.

Being a first time homebuyer can be scary, intimidating and full of anxiety about what to expect. Fortunately for me, Paul made sure that any of those feelings were canceled out by his knowledge of the field, confidence and positivity. He made the process seamless, and we were able to get to settlement in record timing with a house we love! With his help, I was able to accomplish my goal of home ownership when many others had told me to hold off or wait etc etc. If it wasn’t him in my corner, I don’t think I’d be writing this review from my new house right now! Paul was professional, very thorough and prompt from our initial meeting to settlement. We did our due diligence and vetted three all excellent agents. All three provided solid references, but his youthful enthusiasm was the tie-breaker.
He handled all documents electronically with lightning speed, making it possible to complete the sale of our house in two months. And even after settlement, he never hesitated to handle a few loose-ends. Paul’s handling of the entire process makes him an agent we would recommend without hesitation.

We toured many homes, made a few offers and had one accepted which included strategic contingencies that brought the overall cost below asking! If you’re looking for a realtor then Paul is your guy. I came across Paul when the realtor I had previously hired dropped the ball. Paul stepped in seamlessly like we were working together from the start. He reached out to me and set up more showings on the very first day than I could wrap my head around.
