Paul began his Real Estate career in Property Management as a Sales and Service Associate for The Bozzuto Group in 2008. Within a year Paul was able to accomplish their Certified Associate training, be honored as the Top Sales Achiever company-wide in April 2009, and was ranked in the company's top 10 for sales in 2009.

From 2009-2015 Paul worked with national home builder Ryan Homes as a Senior Sales and Marketing Associate where he successfully produced over $ 40,000,000 in volume with over 125 closed transactions.

In 2012, for "the ability to achieve success in the face of extraordinary obstacles", Paul was awarded the Salesperson of the Year for Extraordinary Sales Effort by the Home Builders Association of Maryland.
