His team did sell my house , and also his team help me find a beautiful home in Stockton California. . As a first time home buyer, I had no idea where to start but Paul made the process very easy and worry free. Once I found the property I wanted, he contacted the agent right then and there. I noticed how quickly he connected with the other agent and they began to create a relationship. The next day we saw the house and I immediately wanted to write an offer. I was going through difficult times in my life, grieving the loss of my Dad, and unexpectedly forced to leave my home after 11 years. I was urged to buy a house in less than 60 days. I am a first time property buyer and I was very convinced I would not be capable to find something so fast (because I was under a time crunch) and within my price range that would be close to work. Paul was very sure that I was able to find what I needed, and I trusted him so I continued the process. We found a condo that fit everything I needed and Paul scheduled me to see the property the next day. That night we made an offer. I was extremely nervous, but Paul answered my phone call right away and talked me through the process. I was set on this specific condo and even with a competitive market my offer was accepted the next day. The process went smoothly because of his team and I was apart of every decision along the way, as it should be. Even after closing, Paul still answered my emails to ensure that my move-in was smooth and I had everything I needed along the way.
