Paul-Neal is knowledgeable and generous. He helped my husband and I buy our first home, and he was really great about explaining all the complexities of home-buying in a way we could understand. He was also incredibly patient with us throughout the search and all during the buying process. We would definitely use Paul-Neal again and 100% recommend him.

I liked Paul-Neal ​when I first talked to him. He is such a great realtor! He is very passionate about his job, professional, extremely good at what he is doing, and also very knowledgeable about real estate. He is also a very kind and friendly person. We really liked how scrupulous he is. He took care of everything so we really didn't have to worry about anything. His communication skill was also really good so everything went smoothly. We were sellers and we live far away from home and there is a time difference here and there. He always tried to work on my schedule for communication. ​I was 100% satisfied by him. We got some offers on the right first weekend we put the home in the market and we accepted one of them. Thank you and good luck in your future, Paul-Neal!

If I could give six stars, I would! As active duty military, I had to sell my house while living 600 miles away. Paul-Neal is 100% transparent, completely honest, and absolutely the hardest working realtor that I've ever heard of. I couldn't be more thankful for his service in selling my house.

Amazing realtor! We needed to sell a house in Savannah while living in Texas. He was there every step of the way. Phone calls, texts, day or night. Need maintenance done on your house so it can sell quick, he got the right people on it and fast so we didn’t miss any time lines. Hands down best realtor I’ve ever had to deal with, and we have never met. 5 stars all day long! He works with you to make sure you are happy with what your getting.

Without a doubt, Paul-Neil Sansom is the best Realtor I’ve worked with over my last eight home purchases. He guided us through the Savannah housing market even though there was a six hour time difference from Savannah to Oahu, Hawaii. I was amazed at the dedication that he showed and the late hours that he put in to find the perfect home for what we had asked for. Don’t settle for any realtor as you don’t always know what you are getting. I would highly recommend Paul-Neil to anyone looking into the Savannah housing market. Paul-Neal was an exceptional realtor. My wife and I moved from Washington state to Georgia. We were unable to make it to GA so we relied on Paul for everything. He was able go tours homes for us and FaceTime us so we could see them as he walked through. We trusted his opinions 100% each time, and he got us into our current home, and we could not be happier with the home we picked out! He was also able to recommend local lenders and home inspectors that made moving 3000 miles away so much easier! I recommend Paul for any realtor needs! If we ever sell our home, I know who my realtor will be!

Paul-Neal was truly a pleasure to work with and get to know through our process of buying a home. He is an approachable guy with an open attitude who has an ability to understand his client’s position—financially or otherwise, that truly helped us get to where we wanted to be.
I have heard so many people talk about the process of buying a house, and I have heard things like “we had the best realtor,” yet they go on to describe a chaotic roller-coaster ride. I think that some of these home-buyers suffer amnesia once they close, and they only remember that they ended up with the thing they wanted in the first place: the house.
Paul-Neal truly empowered our decision making in a variety of ways. For one, he made creative suggestions based on our needs. He shows a breadth of knowledge and can break down even those fastidious details and hoops one might be faced with jumping through so that even one as myself can understand. I always felt confident in whatever decision I was making, thanks to him.
He never came off as “pushy,” because he clarified timelines as we progressed, and he was always careful to explain imperative matters and deadlines.
He is an empathetic realtor, as well as an excellent communicator. He truly reminds his client that the homebuyer is in the driver’s seat, so to say. Even when a tough decision might arise and the homebuyer might experience the pressures of buying a house, Paul-Neal never made me feel like I should decide one way or another.
All that to say, yes, we DID buy a house and we DID have “the best realtor,” and his name is Paul-Neal Sansom. If I planned to buy another house anytime in the future, then I wouldn’t consider anyone other than Paul-Neal, and I will only refer others to him. Working with him was informative as it was easy—and working with him was VERY easy.

Pause a good man with a good sense of humor and an accepting manner of almost always of life. That's a personal review of The Man professionally this guy is the Babe Ruth of Real Estate. He hit a homerun for me and he even called where it was going to land. He tailored every query of his to each of my professed and inferred requirements for a home buying experience. He found me the perfect place and works very hard to make sure the job is done right. I trusted him to make decisions in my absence and he surprised me with how incredibly into it if you was with both my needs and the working of the market. You can trust Paul and I would recommend him over and over again.
