Paul Park

Paul Park loves his clients, and he loves helping them with all their real estate needs! Real estate is the smartest and most important investment people will make in their lifetime. He takes that responsibility very seriously. Great communication, experience, hard work, and attention to detail are essential characteristics when choosing a realtor, and he brings those values and abilities to every transaction, big or small. Buying and selling real estate can be a stressful and intense process but let him handle that part for his clients. Clients just need to focus on having fun! Born and raised in the Iowa City area, he looks forward to utilizing his area knowledge, local connections, and valuable resources to help clients gain a competitive edge.

In Paul’s spare time, he enjoys playing golf, basketball, spending time with his dog, Cindy, and giving back to his wonderful community.
He currently serves as President of the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors. He is a proud Rotarian with the Noon Rotary Club of Iowa City. He is the past chair of the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network. They organize professional networking events, charity benefit events, and volunteer in the community. He was honored to help them receive a National Network of the Year Award. In 2017, he was honored to be voted by his peers as ICAAR's Professional Newcomer of the Year for exhibiting outstanding professionalism in real estate.
