Always here to help, Paul Payton brings a personal touch to his real estate practice. Driven by a desire to do right by others, Paul’s ethos revolves around making a difference in his clients’ lives — by mitigating the stress of buying and selling a house and sharing their joy when the transaction is complete.

With 10 years’ experience in the non-profit sector and 6 years spent working for a local builder, Paul brings a mission-focused attitude to each sale, backed by practical experience and expert insight into the housing market. Paul uses his firsthand knowledge to help his clients understand the nuances of home design and various floorplans so they can make informed decisions throughout their transaction. Communication is key for him, and Paul enjoys educating new buyers and sellers on the ins and outs of the market, from Ballard and Fremont all the way to Issaquah, Sammamish and Shoreline.

Paul also understands firsthand why so many people love life in the Pacific Northwest. Originally from England, he met his wife in Seattle when he was 21 and has now lived here for over 30 years. In that time, he has become a major fan of local sports and has even had the opportunity to help the children of some of his friends purchase their first homes. In his free time, Paul volunteers at the Greenwood Senior Center and loves participating in Windermere’s annual Community Service Day.
