Paul helped us through this transition at every step. He knew exactly the best asking prices for the properties we were selling, which were higher than I would have asked, but got good offers when our properties were on the market for only 3 days.

Since our usual attorney was on vacation, he found us another good lawyer was was very helpful too, as well as an excellent mortgage broker, for helping us with the purchase of the new home. Also, he got us a very thorough inspector for the new house too.

Overall, we were in good hands.

Paul clearly understood the market and we were pleasantly suppressed by the amount of showings and offers that he helped generate. This is now the third time I’ve used Paul’s services, most recently on the sale of my single-family home in Park Ridge, and the purchase of a townhome in Evanston. I can’t imagine that there is a more responsive or knowledgeable realtor in the area. With the low inventory of homes currently for sale, finding the right place took some time. But Paul was patient and granted me access to all the tools available so that when the right one hit the private market, we were able to jump on it. And when it was time to list my home, he guided me through the entire process of preparation, staging and marketing, showing me numerous comps, and adjusting the target price as more information became available. With his help we had multiple interested parties on the first day of showings, and thanks to his knowledge and skillset, I ultimately got top dollar for my home. I can't recommend Paul enough. We tried to sell our home on our own for 2 months with no activity. We hired Paul and once he stepped in, it all changed for us. With some staging and photo revisions and his great marketing plan, we had a buyer within 6 weeks and closed 5 weeks later. This was with a 30% higher inventory than usual n the FALL! My wife introduced me to this ’trustworthy agent' she’s known for a couple years. As a first-time homebuyer and working professional, I was looking for someone that was trustworthy, knowledgable of the local real estate landscape and the players, patient, savvy and most of all focused on personal service. Paul delivered this and more.

Paul was very patient while we transitioned our lives to house-hunting mode. Despite the process taking nearly a year, we never felt pressured to hurry up or a lowered interest in us since the process was taking long.

Paul invested the time in understanding what we were looking for which was greatly appreciated, because it resulted in him only providing curated properties that captured the spirit of what we were looking for. I cared for my dad in that home for the last 6 1/2 years and on Wednesday we will close on that home and that will be the physical end of it for me but Paul has made the process so much easier. We were looking for a condo investment property in Chicago and Paul was amazing. From the first day I met with him and told him of our somewhat unique situation, he listened and understood exactly what we needed. He took the time to understand all of the factors that were important to us, and immediately began researching locations and properties. This wasn’t a quick effort, but he stuck with us and never tried to sell us on something that wasn’t exactly right, as some realtors will do just to close the sale. During some weeks, properties to view were scarce, but he checked in with us very regularly to make sure we knew he was always working for us. He has extensive knowledge of locations all around Chicago and suburbs. Additionally, he is one of the kindest people I know. Not only did we find our investment property, we gained a friend. Absolutely highly recommend!! We will use him for any future real estate needs hands down.
