I can’t recommend Paul Talley and legacy oak enough. We started looking for a place but we really didn’t know what we wanted. We came in to contact with Paul and he showed us some places and gave us some advise and some of his expertise. We never really found the place that felt like home so we quit looking for a bit. When we got ready to start searching again we got back with Paul and he was happy and willing to show us more places. I really felt bad that he had already showed us so many homes and we hadn’t bought anything. This go round we finally found something. But never once did Paul act like we were bothering him or wasting his time. From my experience you can’t find a better agent or nicer person than Paul and he will help you out in any way that he can.

Paul is amazing! He helped me purchase my first home!! He always had a positive attitude toward the whole process with me. I know I asked the same questions multiple times lol and he was always patient and responsive. I would definitely recommend Paul and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell. I HIGHLY recommend Paul Talley for any of your real estate needs. He is very professional, personable, efficient, honest, determined and has a vast knowledge of all of the aspects of the business.
He went completely out of his way to help save what many other agents perceived to be a lost cause property from foreclosure.
Paul's communication and negotiation skills are top-notch.
Everything was straightforward and well explained without any last minute "surprises". The closing was quick and was handled in less than 45 minutes.
He also put a lot of his personal time into research and preparation for the sale of this house.

I have purchased homes before . It can be stressful and frustrating. Well Mr. Talley is hands down the best genuine family oriented realtor who cares and most important listens to what your looking for and delivers. I recommend him over anyone any day.
