Paul was fantastic start to finish! We sold our house in February 2022 using his expertise. He took time to explain the process to us, worked with us to check the market and list the house at a competitive price. He took care of everything from taking pictures, listing the house making sure that it was in multiple places for home buyers to see. We listed on a Friday had 30+ showings Saturday, Sunday and Monday and had many offers. After excepting an offer he explained the remaining steps. He gave us the option to sign most papers virtually to avoid back and forth and he also took care of all the inspections and walk thrus. Finally the closing was quick, Less than 20 mins. The whole experience was easy and painless thanks to Paul. I will definitely use him again for my real estate needs.

I reached out to Mr Tatum to help with our son’s first home purchase. I can’t even begin to express how amazing and wonderful Mr Tatum is.
A few months back I had posted on another app looking for any leads on homes for sale, in this unpredictable market; Mr Tatum quickly reached out.
Mr Tatum was so easy to talk and answered every question we each had through the whole process.

What can I say? I've dealt with other realtors and none of them have been as good as Paul. You tell him what you want and he will not stop until you get it and he will not let you give up. He's passionate about what he does and all about you. So if you want a GREAT AMAZING realtor, Paul is the man and I really appreciate him finding our first new home.

Paul was absolutely amazing when we sold our home with him.
