As first time home buyers we didn’t know much about purchasing a home but thankfully Paula was there to provide us with all the information we needed to know. She gave us a lot of great advice and had a lot of knowledge that she passed on to us. This can usually be an overwhelming experience but thanks to Paula she made it as smooth as possible. What I love the most about Paula is her perseverance she always puts up a fight for clients and never gives up.

Paula is an excellent agent ; very responsive and knowledgeable. She has patience and respect your needs and never force you to buy what you really don't like. I have to say she has great qualities as an agent but even more so as a person. Paula is almost like family now. I would recommend her 110% to help with your real estate needs. We closed 3 days ago.

There's so much to say about Paula Lescano...I was referred to Paula through my neighbor who sold their house with Paula’s help. I was very worried about the process because I had to sell my house and buy a smaller one. I spoke with two agents and actually had my mind set with one of them. When Paula walked into my house her professionalism ,honesty,intelligence, knowing the market, and giving me great advice won me over! She explained the process of selling and buying ,I signed all my paperwork right away and my house was on the market. My neighbor was absolutely right. Paula helped me with everything. Her advice is worth gold! She really knows what she's doing and she's very confident about it. She's very diligent .Her negotiation skills are amazing. She has everyone handy ,attorneys,lenders. She doesn’t sleep! Responds right away. She Always makes sure you are okay and feel comfortable. I know it was a very difficult process but Paula made it run so smoothly for me. I was able to sell my house for much higher and buy my perfect forever home. I'll always recommend her. She's truly the best!
