Paula Marzella

Paula has been working in real estate in Western North Carolina since 2008 and has quickly become a multi-million dollar producer. She made the decision to start her own firm in November of 2014. The business name pays homage to the area code that represents all of Western North Carolina.

Paula strives to bring the highest level of standards and service to her clients. Her motto is “Actively working for you,” and she does just that. Paula is extremely thorough and involved in every aspect of the property transaction from beginning to end. Her knowledge of the local market, communities, and background in marketing, along with visual merchandising and interior design are valuable assets to her clients. Before embarking on her adventures in real estate Paula’s accomplished great things as a sports therapist. She spent over 15 years providing sports bodywork therapy and technical support to the world’s premier professional cycling teams. By the time she was 28 she had traveled 6 continents and worked with some of the best Olympic and world-class cyclists in the world.
