We feel so blessed to have met Paula Nelson for the sale of our rental property. Everything moved along methodically and quickly, and she is a really nice person. We were in a jam because our renter gave notice shortly before we were going on a long vacation out of the country. Also, we live about 470 miles away from our rental, so we were not able to meet with any inspectors or repair contractors ourselves. By chance we received a mailer from Paula right at the time when we were considering selling our rental. We called Paula, and we felt confident that she would do a great job for us (and she did), that we immediately decided to list our property with Paula. An added plus is that she was one of the original agents selling properties from the builder, so she was very knowledgeable of the house and property features. During the listing Paula kept us informed about the progress of the sale, and allowed us to sign documents online, which we needed since we were out of the country during the sale. In all aspects Paula did an outstanding job for us selling our rental property quickly and without any problems. Even though we never met Paula face to face, we developed a good friendship during the process, and look forward to meeting her in person. She provided reliable contractors and painters for needed repairs. She held our hands through the whole nerve-wracking process and always kept a positive attitude. In the last 4 years I've sold 2 homes and bought 3. And they were bought as homes in which to live. Safe to say I've experienced a few realtors, enough to make a fair comparison. I found Paula to be knowledgeable, current with the market area, patient, available at all hours and willing to go beyond. In many instances she was quick with an acceptable compromise, and worked hard to negotiate favorable outcomes for me. She was on top of every phase and deadline of my purchase from offer through close.

Paula really did a good job for us. We started looking in Sun City about two years before we were really ready to make the move and Paula kept us abreast of the market and showed us homes the entire time. When we were finally ready to purchase, she knew what we wanted and found it for us. The negotiations and "close' were about as painless as these things can be.

Paula is knowledgeable about her business and knows the Lincoln Hills area very well. She is patient, good natured and understands the stress these deals can put people under.

It is unlikely we will be doing another real estate deal for the foreseeable future because we really like our home, but if we did, Paula would be our first phone call.

Paula sold my house quickly. She helped me to get the house painted, staged, the yard cleaned up, etc. Once the house went into escrow, Paula got all of the buyers' requests handled and inspection repair requests done. I didn't have to do much of anything once the house went into escrow. Paula has the resources to find potential buyers and she has good home service providers. She sold my house, escrow closed less than 2 months after it went on the market, and this is during COVID-19 and it's an age restricted community.

My wife Judy and I first met Paula in 2016. At the time we were exploring places to move to once Judy retired. We told Paula that we were looking into a number of different options and were no ready to make a move of any kind for a year or more. Paula was very understanding and did not have an attitude about that. We patiently showed us a number of places in Sun City Lincoln Hills and the surrounding area. For over six months, we didn't find a place that we truly liked, but Paula still patiently and without an attitude continued searching for us. Ultimately, we found a place and Paula was able to negotiate a great price for us. Despite our anxious desire to offer a price over and above the asking price, Paula advised us to the contrary. Obviously this affected her commission, but as a professional and one who truly cares for her clients she took this action. This is the mark of a professional who will look after your best interest.
