Paula Savard

Paula is the CEO of Aberman Associates in Lancaster, MA, and has practiced real estate for over 40 years. She has served on the Multiple Listing Property Information Board of Directors since 2008 and is the current Chair of the Board of Directors.

Paula is a Training Instructor in Professional Standards, certified by the National Association of Realtors where she is a past Chair of Legal Action, Professional Standards and Multiple Listing Policy. She is a past President of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and is a Continuing Education Instructor for the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salesmen.

Paula is the past President of the North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the local and Massachusetts Chapter of the Women’s Council, having been trained by the Framingham District Court Mediators. She has served as Chair of the Professional Standards Committee for the National Association of Realtors and as Chair of the Interpretations Subcommittee. She was the first Realtor at NAR to Chair both Multiple Listing Policy Committees and Professional Standards for NAR. In 2003, Paula was the Massachusetts Realtor of the Year.

In 2012 at the National Convention in Orlando, Paula was presented with the Distinguished Service Award, an honor only received by two per year out of 1,350,000 Realtors and Chairs of the Council of DSA’s. In April 2013, Paula was elected a Corporator of Fidelity Bank, a Mutual Savings Bank headquartered in Central Massachusetts. She owns an airplane and is a licensed private pilot. 60% of her time is listing and selling real estate.
