Having experienced cultures from all over the world, while living in New York, Brazil, Italy, Poland, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Panama, and Atlanta, she brings a unique perspective to each relationship and transaction. This global mindset, mixed with an international network of high-net-worth individuals including family offices, money managers, private equity and hedge fund managers makes her client service offerings particularly strong.
Paulette began her successful luxury real estate career over 20 years ago in New York City as part of a top producing team at Douglas Elliman’s primary office in Manhattan. She focused on residential sales from downtown to the Upper East of the City.
Upon moving to Miami after two thousand, Paulette thrived as a key part of high performing in-house sales teams on high-end residential developments in Key Biscayne, Brickell, and Coconut Grove. Later, as Director of Sales for the Puerta de Palmas Condominium in Coral Gables, she spearheaded marketing and sales from preconstruction to completion.
She speaks fluent English, Spanish, Italian and conversational Portuguese.
