Born in New York City and raised in Queens, Pauline Spiller brings a unique blend of creativity, local expertise, and genuine care to every real estate experience. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design and began her career in corporate advertising with a prestige cosmetic company. Her creative background gives her a strong edge when it comes to marketing homes - offering a fresh, thoughtful, and highly visual approach to showcasing properties. In 2006, following the birth of her youngest daughter, Pauline traded city life for the suburban charm of Port Jefferson Village in Suffolk County. It was here she stayed home to raise her three daughters and became deeply involved in the local community - serving on various event committees, holding leadership roles on the PTA executive board, and founding, directing, and coaching both the town's youth cheerleading program and the local middle school team.

Now a full-time real estate professional since 2008, Pauline specializes in the North Shore of Long Island but services all of Long Island, Queens, and sometimes other boroughs. She joined The Agency in November 2021 and continues to guide her clients with transparency, dedication, and a warm, personal touch. Whether helping clients find their dream home, sell a cherished property, or secure a rental, Pauline is known for treating every transaction with the utmost respect and attention to detail. Despite her busy real estate career, Pauline is incredibly family-oriented. She balances her professional life with time spent with her husband Jason, daughters Camryn and Cristyn, eldest daughter Cailyn and her husband Brett, and her beloved granddaughters Rae and Rylie.
