My husband and I felt so blessed working with the Blaylocks to find our first home. We would send them houses we wanted to see and they would send us houses as well. Once we found a house we loved (after seeing quite a few) they walked us through the purchasing process step by step, even setting up the inspection. Their welcome gift was so sweet and they truly made the experience awesome! If we decide to buy again, our first step will be calling them!

My husband and I first became aware of The Blaylock Group though the Dave Ramsey platform and upon two seconds of me submitting my information Payton called, emailed, and texted me. I knew right then that he was going to be responsive. After talking to Payton and explaining everything that we were looking for he was just as excited to get started as we were.

Every house that we looked at he gave us honest and valuable feedback which really helped us to have the whole picture of what we would be walking into. While my husband and I were looking at the surface items, Payton was looking for defects. The whole time he said he wanted to help us find a house that we love and didn’t regret and he did just that! This housing market is crazy right now! We put in several offers on a couple of houses that didn’t end up working out and Payton was there guiding us the whole way.

Four months into our search, we ended up falling in love with a for sale by owner home, which was a whole other difficult enchilada, and the entire time Payton was professional and charismatic. He helped us to navigate the entire process flawlessly and with grace. This guy is a hoot and has a great sense of humor. When I say that we asked a lot of questions, I’m not joking, it was probably a million. The entire time Payton answered our questions and gave us reassurance, which we really appreciate.

In addition, we also listed our current home with Payton and he was a great help in getting our house ready to list before we even found our dream home so that we would be ready. He did a walk through and gave us suggestions and tips that really helped us to prepare and stage our house. It worked because we had an offer in two days. As that offer was falling through (due to 1st time home buyer jitters) Payton was actively cultivating another potential offer and they ended up being the ones to buy our house!

We can’t recommend Payton enough; he has a huge heart and is an all-around great guy who knows exactly what he is doing. He also has an adorable family and we were lucky enough to get to meet Emily and Libby. We even got to view some houses with his coworker Ericka who is also very friendly. Working with The Blaylock Group as a whole was by far the best decision that we made!

My wife and I used the Blaylock team for buying our first home and had the best experience working with them! Payton was so helpful in going over all the details for each of the houses we looked into and was in constant contact. It was so convenient being able to reach him day or night by text message as well. We found our house the day before Christmas Eve, and Christmas Eve we put our offer in.
