About Pearl

For many years, Pearl and Walter were involved in residential construction and insurance as well as real estate. Pearl became a licensed broker in 1974. The West Agency was formed in 2000, when Pearl and Walter made the decision to focus on their true passion, real estate sales.

Pearl is well known as a true Southern lady who is both professional and kind, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and who goes the extra mile for her clients, friends, and neighbors.

Pearl is a founding member of the Duplin/Sampson Association of Realtors. She has a lifetime love of music and played the organ for Warsaw United Methodist Church for many years. She is still active in her church and with its members whom she loves dearly. She enjoys Carolina Basketball, the beach, playing bridge, spending time with friends and family, and baking her famously delicious pound cake!
