About Peg

As a Seniors Transitions Specialist, my focus is on providing services and support for Seniors facing the very difficult decision to move. Maybe it's time to move. Maybe it's not. We will discuss all the options and help reach the decision that is right for them.

I am a wife and mother of four children. I own and operate Cox Springs Realty and, together with my family, operate Cox Springs Farm and Goats On The Go® Dubuque.

The second youngest of 8 kids, I grew up in Greeley, Iowa on a 100-acre farm. We learned church and work is the name of the game, and if you want to get fed, you better get your knee on the table.

My experience runs deep. I grew up in real estate and have been licensed with national companies for 23 years. My dad was an independent broker for 30 years - my older sister is also a broker - so I learned the business by watching from the front seat.

My parents taught me to know my stuff, protect myself and “give ‘er hell” with honesty being priority #1. Always.

This brokerage is my dream come true.
